In between approaches: Building solutions with emotions by ANdreea Zak, Poland

I invite you to explore the space in between approaches and move between the spoken word – so specific to the solution-focused approach – and the unspoken emotion which guide from behind the current actions.

After providing a rational for how I became intrigued on the space between words and emotions, I invite you to explore how you can guide your clients in this space and move from emotions to solutions, and link solutions to emotions, in the hope of building a lasting change in the desired direction.
