The starting point for everyone is that we don’t refund your conference fee if you are prevented from attending. We have fixed planned expenses to cover, which are independent of the number of participants, and which your fee will therefore also cover.

However, we recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise, such as sudden serious illness, that prevent your participation. In such cases, we will make an individual decision on the degree of refund of your paid conference fee.
